What is included in this amazing positive birth course? Entry for you and your birth partner to attend the Virtual April Group Class. 12 hours of evidence-based birth education and labour techniques split up into 4x 3hr sessions via Zoom. Certified Hypnobirthing Australia™ materials like 'The Positive Birth Program’ Booklet and access to an incredible online library with meditation tracks, hypnobirthing scripts, the eBook 'Little Book of Hypnobirthing', beautiful birth videos and a bunch of extra research and reading materials. The Flow in Birth goodie bag :) A small and intimate virtual class setting so you can feel comfortable and safe asking any questions that pop into your mind. A 30 min zoom call. Nearing the end of your pregnancy, we can have a private chat about your birth intentions, your birth preparation and anything else you and your birth partner would like to discuss. A postpartum virtual visit to check-in, if you feel comfortable having me in your postpartum space at that time. A promise to provide ongoing support and to always be available via email for any questions that come up during the preparation for your birth. The chance to virtually meet other pregnant mamas and their birth partners!
